I have tried every common remedy from smudge to prayer to asking it to leave to demanding that it leave to listening to what it wants (it says that it just wants to be around me and be apart of my life. that is now an ok option. please help i feel like im loosing hope that i can ever get rid of this crazy spirits presence.

This is a tough question. Many in the field feel that spirits are as free willed as you and I. Your situation is unique as it involves a family member that will not respond to your request to be left alone. Although we have handled situations where the spirit is not a family member, this situation is interesting to us. I believe we would handle this problem the same way as we do a haunting that involves a stranger since we tend to believe that spirits are free willed. We would bring in someone who has experience in removing/moving spirit energy on. You might seek the assistance of a Shaman, psychic/medium, or clergy in your area.
